I work with people who are searching for deeper connection with themselves and their loved ones. I support my clients in discovering what it is to be empowered when giving birth,  the unfolding journey of parenthood, processing and healing stories from their past, celebrating their parenting choices that are different from the norm, and most importantly ways of nurturing themselves.

What you will find here:

• Birthing From Within Childbirth Preparation Classes based on the book, Birthing From Within® developed by Pam England.
• Mothering In Awareness Circle- find support in your 4th trimester.
• Mother Nurture Herbs- salves, teas, oils and sitz baths for the mama
• Healing Work

We as mothers need a village of mothers to raise ourselves so we can be the authentic mother our children need us to be. This mindful journey will take a lifetime to master. Sharing it and being witnessed through it only helps us not feel so isolated.

Beholding Spirit is a breath to be breathed in deeply, lovingly, and safely. You will find support in the decisions that feels right to you. You will find yourself embraced emotionally, held spiritually, and witnessed physically in a safe container. Most importantly you will Beholding Your Spirit.

Giving birth and motherhood is a Rite of Passage.  Walk it with your mind open and trust the process.
